in beige

I love a good tonal look. Just give me all the beige! Also, I've been looking for the right shirt jacket and this one from Oak + Fort is just perfect for me. It's sooo cosy and oversized, and will work with leggings or with leather pants, or joggers. Super versatile!

Also, I went out to shoot this look on my own with a tripod, and ended up dropping my Nikon on the pavement before I was done...so I may reshoot it at some point, just because I love this outfit and I'm a major perfectionist. Or maybe I'll just do a variation of the same and pretend it's new. Also, dropping my camera was a bit of a wake up call to me to lay off the caffeine and stress, and try to take it a bit easier. I'm always on the go, trying to shoot, style, design, parent, grocery shot, etc. It's endless and totally overwhelming trying to do it all, and of course do it all perfectly (knowing me). So I'm planning to try to give myself a bit of time to slow down each week somehow, although I'm not sure how. But maybe without the caffeine I won't drop everything! Agh! I'll be totally honest and say that I have a serious inferiority complex, and it makes me crazy. I could work all day and night and never be happy with anything I've done because it would never be good enough. So I just keep trying! Just writing this blog post I've reminded myself that my website needs to be totally redesigned and I need to shoot and edit my products....but do you care if my websites perfect?? I might just be crazy, guys.
