on slowing down and moving forward

So, in the new year, there's always a lot of talk about our plans and intentions for the coming year. Honestly, I'm still feeling burnt out from 2018. Between having a new baby and running a business and taking care of the house and family, I just overdid it. Baby Otto has been keeping me up at least 3 times a night lately (thank you teething for that one), and so the sleep deprivation has seriously been killing me, and making me feel like it's time to just take a step back. I realized that I was putting work before Otto, and that's just not cool. I do have big plans, but for now, I'm trying not to be too hard on myself. I am taking time to focus on my health and my family, and forget trying to hustle a million different ways. Sometimes we just have to say no to doing too much. Ever feel that way? I've also had some health struggles lately, which I have been dealing with for the better part of 10 years (at least), mostly just anxiety, acne, eczma, rosacea, and low energy. And what has been frustrating is that regardless of the fact that I eat cleaner than anyone I know, and take all the supplements I'm supposed to take, I'm just not getting better. So it's time for a new plan! I'm on a new cleanse, based on the medical medium books, so I'll be doing a lot of celery juicing, and trying to cleanse my liver of toxic chemicals that might be contributing to my conditions. So you may see a lot of celery on insta stories for awhile. Anyone else doing celery juice?! It seems to be becoming a thing.

I've also decided that this year, I am going to launch a new website for my blog to separate the product in my store, and potentially also launch a new clothing line or online store. I also intend to start posting more on the blog about health and wellness and raising little people, because those are huge parts of my life that are just not currently represented here on le blog. So like, recipes, parenting, home decor, product recommendations.I've also recently gone full vegan, so I'll do some plant based nutrition and recipes. Are you interested in seeing more of that kind of content? Let me know in the comments. :)
