the jogger guide

So, I had a request for this on Instagram and I thought I'd oblige, because I really do love joggers. And I do think it's a good idea to have a few chic pairs in your closet that will really work for you on those days when you don't really want to put on real pants, but you want to look chic still. It's all about the colour, fabric, cut and styling (I love a good knit jogger, and unfortunately my fave knit Zara pair is no longer available, but Terry joggers are great too!). Always try to style your joggers with something a little more dressed up and polished, like a great coat or bag, and of course a great pair of sneakers. Opt for one colour outfits and coordinating pieces that give it a high end look. Some of my fave colour combinations are camel with white, or black (or both!), white on white with black shoes, all black with a pop of white, grey and camel, all grey with pops of white, and tones of beige.

Here I've done a totally camel outfit, with a pair of white chunky sneakers to pop with the camel. It's so comfy but also so put together at the same time. I've rounded up some cute pairs of joggers for your winter shopping list below. Happy shopping!
