the white shirt.

I am obsessed with white. Seriously. White tees, white shirts, white pants, white shoes. You name it, I probably have it in white. So, I can't stress enough the importance of a good white shirt in your wardrobe. This one from The Fable  is my new favourite! It's so soft and I love the structure. It is also the perfect piece to keep you classy all year round, and will take you from work to play, no problem. A classic white shirt will never go out of style. EVER. (at least I hope not!!) You can style it with jeans, trousers, skirts, shorts, you name it. It just goes with everything. So you will undoubtedly see me wearing it again. Like, all the time. 

Also, as a mom, I need easy pieces, and classic shapes and colours are what make getting dressed when you have a toddler screaming at you, just a little easier. You don't have time to wonder if this is the 'perfect' outfit. Throw it on and go! Hunter has been giving me a hard time lately about getting dressed actually. Maybe he thinks I spend too much time in front of the mirror? But he keeps screaming at me when I'm trying to put my makeup on and get dressed, so I've started sneaking off while he's having breakfast to quickly get ready before he realizes I'm gone. Ahhh the life of a Mama. SO glamorous.
