what I do

Sometimes I get so caught up in the whole fashion thing that I forget to share what I actually do for a living. First and foremost I'm a designer and letterer (although I've always been crazy for fashion too, and I did go to school for fashion!) What I love about my life now is that I somehow get to do both design and fashion for a living, and they are separate, but somehow one business at the same time. It's pretty great. 

This year I've been fortunate enough to work with some awesome entrepreneurial women and I couldn't be more thankful. This is one of the ways in which social media has really worked for me - it has brought some awesome design opportunities. And so many of them have wanted something hand lettered. Love it! I've also had the chance to work with some large canadian brands, and it's been super exciting. I'll be sharing those projects too when I get a chance. I've been meaning to post some of my branding projects for what seems like forever, but it kept getting pushed back on my priority list. So FINALLY I made it happen. 

The designs below are some of my favourite branding projects this year. Some are not even done yet but I already love them, so I figured they would be included. Let me know what you think!
