We offer two shipping methods at time of checkout. Free standard shipping with no tracking and $10 standard shipping with tracking number. Please make sure to select the option best suited for you.

We will ship directly from our office in Ontario, Canada. 


At this point in time we will not be accepting returns for full refund. 


What about an exchange? Absolutely. We'll issue you store credit and then you can order the item off our site. Once the exchange is received, you will receive a personal code to exchange the item via our website. 

Due to the limited inventory available, all exchanges must be sent back within 14 days of shipment arrival date. Customer is responsible for return shipping to our warehouse. The items must be in original condition and have all tags intact, and be completely free of any markings. 


Our processing time has been delayed due to the pandemic. Please allow for shipping time, and up to 15 business days for us to process your exchange at our warehouse. The 14 day return window is between your order received date and the day you ship it back to us. 


International orders may be subject to duties and taxes based on the order subtotal and shipment destination. Duties and taxes are not included in the item price. When you place an international order, you agree to pay any applicable fees levied by your destination country at the time of purchase. 

Please contact your local customs office for additional information regarding duty and tax fees and guidelines prior to purchase. 


We’re not responsible for lost packages once the package is passed off to the courier. If your package is missing, please contact the courier. We will be happy to provide support if needed.
